Progress
continues as we look toward the busy winter
season. The clubhouse construction is finally
underway after a series of minor but frustrating delays getting
our building permit.
We had a
great time at our first official activity, a reception for Owners
and Friends on Saturday, October 27th. Our
friends, Ed and Corine at the Golf Driving Range were our hosts
for the afternoon. More on the party
later in the newsletter. Beth Heavener
was the creative force behind this gathering and she did a great
job! Thanks, Beth.
It looks
like we’ll have a busy winter
season.
Many inquiries for sales information are coming in by
phone, email, and visits. We have our first
winter renters and are expecting this to be a good season for
owners wanting to rent. And, lots #32 and #1 will have new owners
in January.
Chassa
Oaks RV Resort was featured in the winter issue of the
“The Nature Coast Visitors Guide” which is
great for the resort. The article is reprinted
later in this newsletter.
Have
you seen the new logo and brochure? We now have
oak trees and a whooping crane on the logo, better representing
the resort and the area.
