What is a GarageCondo?


In simple terms, it's a garage. It's a new and innovative multi-purpose personal-space concept.  It's the one thing that RV resort living typically does not provide.  For some, it is the space that is enjoyed and valued the most.  It adds "quality-of-life".

My-Place GarageCondo units are sold as a non-residential .  A modest monthly maintenance fee covers the common-area condo expenses.  The interiors can be customized to suit your needs and desires.

Set up a workshop and build custom furniture.  Restore that classic car that you've been dreaming about.  It's a place to tinker and enjoy the company of others who tinker.  Or, just cram it full of all your stuff (and still enjoy the company of tinkerers).  It can be the perfect combination of work, storage and leisure space.

Note: We're in the final planning and design phase of My-Place GarageCondos. We anticipate groundbreaking Spring 2008 with the first unit completions this summer. Now is the time to choose your location. Custom unit sizes are available during this pre-construction phase.
