January 2008 Update
Our clubhouse is now under construction at a feverish pace. We anticipate completion in early April with the swimming pool and tennis court soon to follow. We extend a hearty welcome to our new owners and residents. We’re now 40% sold out of our first phase and are in the planning and design stage for phase two. Additionally, we anticipate groundbreaking of our My-Place GarageCondo project early this spring. If you are interested in custom sizes and features, please contact us soon.
